Gold Dalia comes from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, where coffee farms sit around 1600 m above sea level and Typica thrives in cool, steady conditions. This lot was brought to us through Anthem Coffee Imports, a partner focused on connecting transparent quality with roasters who care about clear expression and consistent sourcing. 

The coffee was washed processed to emphasize its natural sweetness and clarity, then roasted Expressed Light to let its character speak clearly in the cup. You’ll notice toasted almond and milk chocolate as core flavors, with a lively hint of lemon tea that brings freshness to each sip. The body is smooth and even, and the overall cup feels balanced and approachable without being simple.
