Dogo Sodu comes from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, a region with deep coffee traditions and a wide range of altitudes and microclimates that favor distinct natural profiles. This Grade 1 lot was sourced through Anthem Coffee Imports, and represents small lots grown by family plots around Bule Hora Woreda, where care in post-harvest handling and drying plays a big part in what you taste in the cup.

This coffee is natural processed and roasted Pure Light to let its inherent sweetness and clarity shine. In the cup you’ll notice apricot fruit character up front, with playful hints of bubble gum and soft florals that settle into a delicate orange blossom finish. The body is lively and juicy without being heavy, and the overall profile reads bright and expressive while still feeling harmonious.
