Marespi Crema comes to us through Anthem Coffee Imports, from the Brunca region in southern Costa Rica, a part of the country where volcanic soils, steady rainfall, and steady elevation come together in coffees that are clean, sweet, and expressive. Marespi is a multi-generation family coffee operation rooted in traceability and quality — a place where farmers and millers work together to understand how terroir, varietal, and process shape what ends up in the cup.

This lot is washed processed and roasted Pure Light to highlight its natural character with minimal influence. In the cup, you’ll find a soft sweet cream sweetness and cocoa depth, balanced by a bright orange-like acidity that adds energy and keeps the profile feeling fresh. The body is light and smooth, allowing the flavors to stay clear and focused throughout.
