Ceremony is our house blend, named for the act of returning—day after day—with intention. It is not built around fixed origins, but around a defined experience.

We begin with the cup we want to drink: pecan pie richness and milk chocolate sweetness forming the foundation, lifted by mixed berry fruit and carried by a juicy, rounded body. From there, we source coffees that serve that vision exactly. As seasons change, the components may evolve, but the profile remains constant—guided by balance, structure, and texture rather than novelty.

Every coffee in Ceremony is selected on its own merit. We do not buy for blending; we blend because the coffees are worthy. Quality leads, and the ritual follows.
